    Hamed Mohsenian-Rad

Dr. Hamed Mohsenian-Rad is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). He received a Ph.D. in ECE from the University of British Columbia - Vancouver, Canada, in 2008. His research interests include modeling, analysis, and optimization of power systems and smart grids as well as large-scale power systems data analysis. He is a recipient of the United States National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER Award 2012, the Best Paper Award from the IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meeting 2013, and the Best Paper Award from the IEEE International Conference on Smart Grid Communications 2012. Two of his papers are the two most cited articles in the IEEE Trans. on Smart Grid with ~1000 citations each. He serves as an Editor for the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SMART GRID and the IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS.
